Entrants and Entries
Entries to the competition (also referred to as a Win a week of holiday camps!) are made through liking both Facebook pages for Rugby School Enterprises and Oxford Active and commenting on the advertising post by tagging someone.
Rugby School Enterprises Ltd (“RSE”) a company incorporated under the laws of England (Company Number 2264068) whose registered address is Rugby School, The Bursary, 10 Little Church Street, Rugby, CV21 3AW. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rugby School (“The School”), registered charity number 528752.
Oxford Active Ltd (“Active Camps”) a company incorporated under the laws of England (Company Number 04985803) whose reistered address is Unit 25, Bankside Stationfields, Kidlington, Oxford, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, OX5 1JE.
Entries are open to all. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competiton.
This is not transferable and is not applicable to any exisiting bookings with Active Camps for this summer.
By entering the competition you are agreeing to receive marketing and other communications from RSE and Active Camps.
RSE and Active Camps reserves the right to exclude entries where all valid information has not been entered on the competition entry screens and/or entry forms.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post, or due to computer error in transit.
To be eligible to win the competition you must have also liked RugbySchoolEnterprises and Oxford Active on Facebook and commented on the competition post with a tag.
The competition will open on Thursday 29th June 2023.
The winning entry (hereafter referred to as the Winner) will be contacted no later than 23.59 on 17th July 2023 after the closing date at midday on Friday 14th July 2023 from all valid entries received. In the case of dispute the decision of the RSE commercial manager shall be final and binding. No entries after this time will be permitted.

If the Winner cannot be contacted or successful contact is not made within a reasonable time period or if the Winner fails to provide an address for delivery of the prizes or fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements or is otherwise unable to comply with the terms and conditions, it may result in forfeiture of the prize and RSE reserves the right to disqualify that entrant (without further liability to that entrant) and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.
The Winner agrees to the use of his or hers name and photograph. The winner will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by RSE and Active Camps relating to any post-winning publicity.
Any entrant and/or Winner must comply with any directions given to him or her by RSE and Active Camps with all relevant laws, rules and regulations, restrictions, and itinerary. Failure to comply with instructions, itineraries, rules, restrictions, requirements, laws and guidelines may result in an invalid entry and/or forfeiture of the prizes.
If you do not agree with any of these terms & conditions you should not take part in the competition.
RSE reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be published on https://www.rugbyschoolenterprises.com/competition-ts-and-cs. You are advised to regularly check the website for any changes.
RSE reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition in any manner whatsoever if, at its sole discretion, it should decide the competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
Prizes
The overall prize is one week (monday – friday) of free day camps for a child between the ages of 3 – 14 with Active Camps at Bilton Grange School during the summer holiday publicised dates for summer 2023 subject to availability.
The winner may choose to increase their dates booked with Active Camps in addiiton to the free competition dates. The costs associated with any alterations will be required in advance of the required dates directly to Active Camps.
All products and services provided as prizes under the competition will only apply to the available dates as publicised by Active Camps for Summer 2023. The date and prizes are not transferable. Should the products and services forming the overall prize not be planned and booked directly with the supplier within 1 month of the draw , RSE and or Active Camps reserves the right to withdraw all or part of the prizes and re-draw.
The products and services forming the prize have been agreed in good faith by RSE with Active Camps. RSE accepts no liability or responsibility for the provision of or failure to provide products and/or services from a supplier.
The Winner must organise with Active Camps all aspects of the provision of the prize and pay any aspects of their booking not specifically stated as part of the prize.
The Winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes.
Winner agrees to address any claims in respect of any prize direct with Active Camps.
The prizes apply only to the Winner or his/her partner and are not transferrable to any third party.
No cash alternative will be provided.
The Winner (and where applicable, his or her partner) may be required to provide their signature as proof of their agreement to relevant waivers, releases and/or consents when taking up a prize. Failure to sign any relevant documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize without further liability to that entrant.
